What we collect

Only what you choose to give us — for example your name, email, phone number, property address and message when you contact us or request a home evaluation. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a home evaluation, provide real estate services you ask for, and — only with your consent — send you related information. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We may share information with RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage and service providers who help us operate (for example email, website hosting or client-management tools), only as needed to serve you, or where required by law or by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).

Consent and withdrawal

By submitting a form you consent to being contacted about your enquiry. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by emailing mingrenrealty@gmail.com.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required for brokerage records, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
